Dimitris Marselos, IT & Logistics Solutions, COSCO SHIPPING Lines (Greece)
Bio: Dimitris Marselos has a 15 years career in shipping industry. He has been in the Cruise industry for 12 years and the last three years he is with Containers and Logistics in COSCO Shipping. His background is from Sociology (BA) and Ethical Philosophy (MA) but technology and programming has been a hobby that he successfully converted into an everyday work.
Dimitris is a solutions architect in automations and systems integrations. His experience widely spans from building office automations rendering human error obsolete and at the same time connecting various Logistics and WH (WMS) systems fluidly adapting among different levels of technology. He is involved in Machine Learning/Deep Neural Networks. He loves building and watching A.I. - Deep Neural Networks (RNN, CNN, GAN's, Reinforcement Learning, etc.) as they effortlessly surpass human capabilities. His ultimate goal is to build an A.I. entity that will completely replace him in his working environment thus allowing him to use his time on thinking how to make it even better.

Charalampos (Harry) Ligoutsikos, Company Security Officer / Lead Internal Auditor, Prime Tanker/Prime Gas
Bio: Charalampos Ligoutsikos currently holds the position of Company Security Officer / Lead Internal Auditor at Prime Tanker/Prime Gas. When he joined the company in 2012 he was responsible for the development / integration of the Company ERP System - ISM & Risk Assessment Modules. In 2017 he was a Project Leader for the Development of the Initial Cyber Security Compliance Framework for Prime in collaboration with DNV-GL. Since 2018 he is responsible for the company's Cyber Compliance.
In 2002-2012 Charalampos worked for Wind Hellas. He was responsible for the Design, Procurement, Implementation and Deployment of a series of Telecommunication & Datacom Solutions including IP Backbone Networks, Telecom & Datacom Monitoring System and in general Data Centre development starting of as an Engineer and ranging up to Technical Project Leader and Team Manager. Charalampos has a degree in MEng in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, MSc in Biomedical Engineering, and Diploma in Ship Superintendency.
Charalampos will talk about OT and IT convergence in maritime.
Matthew R. Miller, Marine Industry Principal, AVEVA
Bio: AVEVA’s Maine Industry Principal has a broad background in developing industrial electronics, automated control and information system software for OEM’s and enterprises. Matt recently lead the global strategy for Rail, Marine, Trucking and Intermodals supporting clients in all transportation sectors and now focuses on building the digital bridge between ship designers, builders and operators in marine. Before working at AVEVA, Matt spent 35 years in numerous sales, marketing and management roles at OSIsoft, Viewtronics and Xycom. A degreed electronics engineer with specialty in computer-based controls and decades of market and product development experience, Matt has been working with leading technology firms to bring real-time performance intelligence to the value chain.
Dimitris Lyras, Managing Director, Ulysses Systems
Bio: Dimitris Lyras is a member of a family with more than 150 years of experience in shipping. He is the founder, owner and investor of Ulysses Systems, a software company specializing in the delivery of actionable information, and Ulysses Learning, a simulation-based e-Learning company. Dimitris co-authored 'The Future of Decision Making' (R.C.Shank, D.Lyras and E.Soloway, 2010). He is a prior council member of Intertanko.
Chara Vassiliadou, Commercial Director, CENSUS
Bio: Chara Vassiliadou is the Commercial Director of CENSUS Labs, a leader company in the information security services field. Chara is devoted to the Information and IT security industry since 2006, having the opportunity to work with remarkable companies from both the Greek and the global market. During her journey as an Information and Communications Systems Security Engineer she had the opportunity to take on a variety of roles, starting as an Information Security Officer, in one of the biggest publishing companies in Greece, climbing her way up to the Information Security Specialist position of an integrator company, working as the Channel Manager of an international security vendor and currently, as a Commercial Director in CENSUS. Her aim is to introduce the Information Security as a way of thinking and not as a company’s “big bad wolf”. Chara will share a few tips how to be the captain in a cyber security budget discussion.
