Andreas Polidis has a strong presence in the IT market for more than 25 years through which he has been involved successfully in numerus IT&T projects. He has been involved both in the analysis and design stages as well as in the implementation and project management.

Throughout his career he has worked for local IT companies but also for large multinational firms, obtaining various positions as a senior engineer and IT Manager. For 15 years as an IT&T senior consultant he helped organizations, so much in the private sector as well as in the public sector, to run complex and demanding projects in order to enhance their productivity and build the completive advantage required to maintain growth. The advance communication and collaboration skills along with the leadership aspect of his character constitute a result driven and successful consultant and project manager.

The last 5 years he works with Ionic Shipping (Mgt) Inc. in designing and implementing an upgraded IT&T infrastructure to support company’s operations and growth. With a focus on shipping challenges and the new regulations for cyber security, he designed and implemented a new IT solution for vessels, the V- BOX. The design of the V-BOX enhances security, reliability and performance of all vessel’s operations related to IT, while it standardizes and unifies all IT processes onboard based on the needs of the shipping company.

Andreas has obtained a diploma in Electronic Engineering from a local private college and then moved on with a bachelor’s degree in “Computer Information Systems” and “Media Communications” from University of Indianapolis.

Isidoros Monogioudis (Colonel retired) is a cyber security professional with extensive background in cyber defence as an officer in the Greek MOD for almost 15 years where he has done several projects about security operations, cyber defence capability development, incident and vulnerability management. Since 2017 he joined private sector as a senior analyst and security architect in a start-up UK company (Digital Shadows) working for threat intelligence and digital risk monitoring. Last year he joined Hellenic American University as a senior instructor teaching cyber security courses and coordinating research in this domain. He has an extensive practinioner's experience in penetration testing and incident handling and lately is focused on security architecture and cloud security topics. Currently, his main research topic is maritime cyber security in an effort to fill the gaps and find related solutions.

Kostas has served as an IT Officer and Manager in various sectors such as Commerce, Manufacturing and Maritime. He holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Systems.

Anna Sarri joined ENISA in 2014 as an Officer in NIS. Her work at ENISA is evolving around National Cyber Security Strategies (NCSS) and Critical Information Infrastructure Protection (CIIP). She supports the European Commission and the EU Member States by providing advice and assistance regarding the implementation of the network and information security directive (NIS Directive). In the past, she worked for more than ten years in the telecom sector holding several positions, such as IT Security engineer, service provisioning officer and technical support team leader. She holds a B.Sc. in Computing and a M.Sc. in Information Security and Computer Crime from the University of South Wales in UK.

He has extensive experience in IT security and infrastructure projects, with the focus on technical and organizational measures for cyber security, GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) and systems integration and optimization.

He holds a BSc in Computer Science from Hellenic Open University and a MSc in Information Systems from Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB).

Pavlos is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a member of ENISA’s Transport Resilience and Security Expert Group (TRANSSEC) for Maritime sector.
